1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Liftude ("the Store"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Nigerian law to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration & KYC
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required to complete purchases above certain thresholds
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information
4. Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product
- We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer
- Product availability is subject to stock levels
5. Orders and Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance via email
- All payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment service provider in Nigeria
- We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments in Nigerian Naira only
- Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment verification
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, with a full refund
6. Delivery Policy
- We deliver exclusively within Lagos State, Nigeria
- Delivery is available to all 20 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Lagos
- Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days after order confirmation
- A delivery fee of ₦2,500 applies; orders above ₦50,000 qualify for free delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays beyond our control
- You must provide accurate delivery information; incorrect addresses may result in failed delivery without refund
7. Returns & Refunds
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or not as described
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- To initiate a return, contact us at hello@liftude.com within 7 days of delivery
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and code, is the property of Liftude and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our website
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Submit false or misleading information
- Engage in any activity that disrupts our services
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Liftude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
